Under the Artistic Direction of Yuri and Luba Grekov, students are exposed to the Virsky style of dance which includes ballet technique, dance fundamentals, and Ukrainian music.
Promote Ukrainian Dance
Desna school dancers have been able to promote Ukrainian dance on many stages including: Toronto Ukrainian Festival, Mississauga Living Arts Centre, Dauphin (MB) and parts of Ukraine.
